Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, Macadons does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges.
• Circumstances pending, we may issue a credit or re-order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.
• For damage claims we require photographs of the shipping box as well as the damaged product.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

For order cancellation or modification requests, please email us at orders@macadons.com or call us at 206-841-0052 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible if the order has already been processed. All order cancellations are subject to store credit for future use and will never expire.
