How should I store my macarons?
For best results, our macarons should be refrigerated in an airtight container and consumed within 3 days. Alternatively, they can be frozen upon arrival for up to 4 weeks. Our macarons are best served chilled right out of the refrigerator. If the macarons are stored in the freezer, please allow 15 minutes for defrosting before consuming. 

Are your macarons Gluten-Free?
Typically, all our macarons are made to be gluten free. With an exception of a few flavors (Biscoff, Birthday Cake, Cap'n Crunch Berry, Cookies n Cream)

Do your macarons contain nuts?
All of our macarons are made with almond flour and some of our macarons contain other tree nuts. We do NOT use any peanuts. Nuts are not part of every recipe but trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our products.

Do your macarons contain dairy?
Yes. Most of the fillings found in our original macaron flavors contain cream or butter.

Where are your macarons and ice cream made?
We are proud to say that all our macarons and ice cream are made at our production kitchen in Seattle.
